    While the timeline can vary due to factors like market conditions and project intricacies, a typical scenario involves an 8-10 week waiting period from order to delivery to your site.

    After that, it's usually another 8 weeks or so to complete the home after setting it onto the foundation. We're here to turn your dream home into reality as efficiently as possible!

  • While most modular homes don’t come with a garage or a porch (less practical and costlier to transport), we do offer garage and porch options on modular home builds.

    These are typically stick-built onto the modular home after it has been placed on the foundation to help minimize the expense and allow for more flexibility.

  • We understand that your needs may change and grow over the years, and there are ways you can add to your modular home that take the structural integrity of your home into consideration.

    We can work with you to determine the most cost-effective options should you decide to add on to your home in the future.
