We’re a family-owned business that meets you where you are and helps you get the most out of your investment. 

It all started when our founder Butch Farrell started working on a home-building project at the young age of 25. 

He was partnering with a smaller modular home company in Saratoga when his dream of creating a lasting impact on our community started to take shape. And so Farrell Homes was born.

Today, we proudly carry on the legacy that Butch began, driven by a deep love for designing functional and beautiful homes by pushing the boundaries of what's possible with modular construction – all while keeping it within the reach of a family's budget.
